The ITPS staff offers unparalled experience in actual park operations. For over 30 years, we have been “in the trenches” many times over. We understand what it takes to work alongside all project team members, to adapt to local cultures, and to implement top-notch training methods.
Stage 1 in the development process is a comprehensive Feasibility Analysis. The results of this study define the financial and design planning parameters for a project. This is the first and most important step to ensure the success of any leisure attraction development. ITPS has performed hundreds of feasibility studies globally.
Stage 2, which is based on the results of the Feasibility Analysis, allows our design team to proceed with the preparation of a Comprehensive Land Use and Masterplan, as well as Conceptual Layout, Schematic Design, and Design Development. In this phase, we provide all finalized programs to include support services for guests and employees, as well as rides and attractions selections.
Stage 3 proceeds with Pre-Opening Operational Planning. In this phase, and based on the program size and program, we develop requirements for detailed systems to ensure the project operates successfully. We provide Training Manuals, Food Service Programs, Merchandise and Games Programs, Information Systems, as well as Operations, Maintenance and Safety procedures.
Stage 4, placing ITPS at the pinnacle of the leisure industry, is On-Site Management Services. Combining on-site industry veterans with the support and resources of the ITPS corporate staff, ITPS guides all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient, safe and profitable operation of the facility.
A Rides Operational Audit includes a full appraisal of the facility’s rides department operation through visual observation. ITPS will audit the facility’s rides and attractions in an attempt to assess the level of guest safety, service, efficiency, and entertainment value that the park offers. Through an analysis of each ride, attraction, operator position, and guest services offered, ITPS will make recommendations towards the improvement of the overall rides and attractions program.
ITPS can provide merger, acquisition, financial, and strategic advisory services to public and private entertainment companies that wish to acquire or sell a business, raise equity capital, raise or restructure debt, or sell real estate.
