Ms. Westerman brings to International Theme Park Services, Inc. ("ITPS") extensive experience in the amusement and leisure industry, primarily in the areas of ride operations, training programs, policy / procedure development and personnel management, as well as in the analysis and planning of leisure projects.

Beginning as a seasonal ride operator in 1978, Ms. Westerman worked with Magic Springs Family Theme Park (Hot Springs, Arkansas). After her graduation from college, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Ms. Westerman was promoted to full-time Rides Supervisor and then Director of Ride Operations. During her tenure, the Ride Injury Index (the ratio of ride related injuries as compared to the number of rides given) was reduced by approximately 60% due to Ms. Westerman's emphasis on increased safety awareness and implementation of the park's safety committee.

Joining Kentucky Entertainment, Ltd. (as Rides Manager of Kentucky Kingdom, Louisville, Kentucky) in 1987, Ms. Westerman established and executed all department functions in the park's initial implementation. This involved working extensively with state and local government officials, not only for daily operations at Kentucky Kingdom, but also during the Kentucky State Fair.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Westerman will oversee the day-to-day operations, including administration, operations, accounting, research, and the vital departments that are needed to provide high-quality service to ITPS clients.

Ms. Westerman oversees the development of all ITPS customized feasibility analyses relating to new potential projects. On a global basis, Ms. Westerman is involved in the entire process of feasibility development, including on-site research, analysis of the project's potential, development of the results of the analysis, and production.

Ms. Westerman has overseen the development of feasibility analyses in all parts of the United States, as well as China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Venezuela, Barbados, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Turkey, and many more.

Included in the operational analysis and development of a project are organizational charts, staffing levels, job descriptions, policies and procedures for operating departments, retail product plans, ride and attraction mix, wardrobe requirements, safety training programs, operating budgets, admissions pricing, financial programs, marketing plans and manual development.

In addition to coordinating these services, Ms. Westerman performs on-site analyses of existing facilities leading to improved or expanded operations, as well as assists and implements seasonal and full-time hiring for projects in which an ITPS management contract has been provided.

Responsible for coordinating the ITPS customized, client on-site training programs, Ms. Westerman orchestrates the development of each program in order to offer an overall view of the theme park industry, as well as to provide hands-on experience in all phases of operations and management.

Ms. Westerman provides on-site training at each facility, assuring the program is designed to meet individual client needs.
